The IoTBDS Conference (The 2nd International Conference on Internet of Things, Big Data and Security) organized by INSTICC (Institute for Systems and Technologies of Information, Control and Communication) will take place from 24 to 26 of April 2017 in Porto, Portugal.
The IoTBDS aims at creating a meeting point of researchers and practitioners that address new challenges in Internet of Things, Big Data and Security. The conference welcomes original papers of either practical or theoretical nature, presenting research or applications, of specialized or interdisciplinary nature, addressing any aspect of Internet of Things, Big Data and Security.
One of the most important contributions that IoTBDS brings about is the creation of a high-level forum in collaboration with the most prestigious internationally recognized experts, including names such as Victor Chang (IBSS, Xi’an Jiaotong Liverpool University, China) as a Conference Chair and Muthu Ramachandran (Leeds Beckett University, United Kingdom), Víctor Méndez Muñoz (Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona, UAB, Spain), Verena Kantere (University of Geneva, Switzerland), Gary Wills (University of Southampton, United Kingdom) and Robert Walters (University of Southampton, United Kingdom) as Program Co-Chairs.
